Our Workforce Management system ensures secure user access, precise data collection, and efficient meter installations. With real-time dashboards, rigorous QA/QC processes, and hierarchical controls, it enables seamless monitoring, accurate reporting, and data-driven decision-making for field operations.

User Management and Access Control

  • Unique User ID: Each field user is assigned a distinct User ID, ensuring secure and personalized access.
  • Device Registration & Activation: Users register their devices with a secure Username and Password, and devices are activated by administrators to maintain control and security.
  • Device Limitation: Each User ID is limited to one mobile device, tied to that device's unique Device ID to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Deactivation & Offline Functionality: Administrators can deactivate devices instantly. In offline mode, data from deactivated users is discarded, and they are blocked from uploads or synchronization.

Compatibility & Data Management

  • Application Compatibility: Our application is compatible with the latest four versions of Android, ensuring broad accessibility.
  • Office & Network Hierarchies: We define structured levels from Discom to Subdivision and include detailed network hierarchies, such as station names, voltage classes, feeders, and transformers. This structure is critical for accurate data management.
  • Comprehensive Customer Data: Our system manages detailed customer information, including consumer numbers, meter details, addresses, and more, ensuring a complete and organized database.

Consumer Indexing (CI)

  • Precise Field Data Collection: During Consumer Indexing, our system captures essential details, including geo-coordinates, ID proof, address, landmarks, and contact information, directly from the field.
  • Old Meter Information Capture: We collect comprehensive details about the old meter, including its condition, phase, location, and status, with photographic evidence.
  • Signal Strength & Mobile Number Validation: Our system captures signal strength from the configured service provider and validates consumer mobile numbers via OTP to ensure accuracy and connectivity.

Meter Installation (MI)

  • Utilization of Consumer Indexing Data: Data gathered during Consumer Indexing is directly used during Meter Installation, ensuring continuity and accuracy.
  • Hierarchies & Data Management: We manage detailed office and network structures, crucial for the accurate installation of meters.
  • New Meter Information Capture: Our system captures critical information during meter installation, including meter type, barcode, QR code, and installation images, ensuring detailed documentation.

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Real-Time Monitoring & Analytics: Our platform offers detailed reporting and dashboards for monitoring key metrics, such as Meter Installation (MI) progress, stock positions, and contractor productivity. Reports can be downloaded in various formats, including PDF, ensuring that stakeholders have access to the information they need.
  • Customizable Dashboards: We provide contractor-wise and location-wise dashboards, allowing for in-depth analysis of CI/MI activities, stock levels, and more, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC)

  • Rigorous QA/QC Processes: We implement a multi-tiered approval process, with configurable hierarchies to ensure that all data meets the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
  • Data Integrity Checks: Our system performs multiple validations, including unique consumer numbers, mobile number formats, and sequential data entry, ensuring that the data is accurate and reliable.
